Enrolling Your Child: Once you have decided that Children’s Academy at Loch Haven is the school of your choice, you may pick up a registration packet at the front desk.
Schedule Choices: We offer several schedule options to meet the needs of parents.
Priority Enrollment: Children’s Academy reserves the right to adjust priority of enrollment based on age distribution and priority applicants. Application and enrollment are accepted by order of the following priorities.

Scheduling a meeting or a call is the best way to obtain the most accurate information and for us to understand your family’s needs. Tuition is based on child’s age, types of programs and schedule. Our general policy is to review our tuition rate annually. Some additional fees may be necessary from time to time to cover special events.
Tuition is paid weekly and is due by the end of the day on Tuesday. Payments can be made by the following methods…
Discounts: We offer multiple family discounts when children from the same family attend Children’s Academy.
